Age Limitations:
Police Sub Inspector age limitation will be between 21 to 35 years and for Lok Rakshak Post age limitation will be between 18 to 33 years. There are relaxations available for the reserved categories candidates that you can check from official notification.
Educational Qualifications:
- Police Sub Inspector: A Candidates must have passed the bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification.
- Constable and Other Post: A Candidates must have passed the 12th standard or its equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Selection Process
The LRD Recruitment 2024 selection process is a multi level process, student have to clear the physical test, a written examination and a document verification to clear this exam.
Physical Test:
Both Police Sub Inspector and Lok Rakshak cadre candidates will undergo a physical test as part of the selection process. The test includes running, long jump, and high jump, with different requirements for male and female candidates.
Main Examination:
The main examination for Police Sub Inspectors will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering various subjects. Similarly, the examination for the Lok Rakshak cadre will consist of 200 marks with two separate question papers.
Merit Criteria:
Merit for selection will be based on academic qualifications, including additional credits for candidates with experience in relevant fields such as defense studies or forensic sciences.
